“For the peace” Casablanca Fall-Winter 2023

Before the parade, Charaf Tajer (founder and creative director of the brand) gives this speech:

"Last year, my friend Maya Chantout told me an incredible story about young Syrians risking everything to find joy. They were doing something that you and I would find ordinary: party. Except they were trapped by the fear of bombing. So for them, partying was an act of courage and resistance."

Charaf traveled to Damascus in Syria. Amid the ruins, he also found beauty and humanity, a paradox that inspired him to create the “For the peace” collection for Casablanca.
